Communications Manager, European Private Equity Firm, London, UK
Our client is a fast-growing European private equity firm looking to add a Communications Manager to the team. The role is a London-based or remote position where you will work with the partners and the broader organisation based in Europe. The Communications Manager will develop and improve content and assist the firm with wider initiatives, such as the organisation of annual investor events and conferences.
What the job involves:
* Crafting and reviewing key investor materials such as pitches, case studies, newsletters, and ESG reports.
* Coordinating with the investment team to produce case studies of investments and deal reviews of successful exits.
* Coordinating communication channels including investor newsletters, website, and other means of content dissemination.
* Planning and execution of the communication strategy with current and potential LP base.
* Working in close collaboration with senior management in the organisation of investor days, annual conferences, and other key stakeholder events.
Who we are looking for:
* Strong academic background with demonstrable experience in PR and Financial Communications, Strategic Consulting, or Marketing and Communications.
* Knowledge of or exposure to private equity or private markets.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to develop narrative and stories effectively.
* Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a remote setup from London and coordinate workstreams across different teams.
* Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity.
* German language skills would be beneficial but not essential.
