About the role
Maternity Cover- until July 2025
* To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, knowledge-rich and ambitious curriculum for high attaining students and to support a designated curriculum area as appropriate.
* Maintain a highly purposeful and aspirational classroom culture with a calm, warm and strict set of behaviour strategies.
* Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher/Form Tutor.
* To share and support the school’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.
* To contribute positively to an effective curriculum team and school staff team.
* The post requires you to teach students in the age range 11 to 16 and with others outside that age range as required for transition and outreach work.
* In carrying out these duties you will need to work in compliance with all Academy policies and procedures as set out by the Trust and Governing Body.
* You will have the role of Form Tutor, even when a form has not been assigned to you, and may be asked to carry out some or all of those duties if required.

Who we are looking for:
* Relevant Subject Degree at BA or above.
* Relevant experience
* General good communication and ICT skills
* Evidence of applying continued professional development.
