To act as a source of advice and guidance regarding Datix, Policies and Procedures and Quality Information/Data processes. Main duties of the job Prioritise all incoming work, responding promptly, appropriately and communicating clearly in relation to urgent/important issues via telephone, email and in person Review digital incident report forms on the Datix System for accuracy and consistency in accordance with departmental requirements. Review submitted incidents to the Learning from Patient Safety Events (LFPSE) National reporting system.
