Agility Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established National Retailer, for an Experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong accounts payable experience to join a fast-paced, dynamic finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently
2. Managing supplier payments and reconciling supplier statements
3. Handling queries and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
4. Processing payment runs and assisting with cash flow forecasting
5. Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls
6. Supporting month-end procedures and reporting
Requirements:
1. Strong knowledge of purchase ledger processes and financial systems
2. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
4. Strong communication and teamwork abilities
