Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 + Uncapped commission, OTE £70,000

The role of the M&E Sales Consultant – Fire Detection & Security Systems will involve:
1. Internal M&E Sales Consultant position selling the design, servicing, supply & installation services of fire & security systems
2. Generating specifications and selling into M&E consultants & contractors focusing primarily on the new build sector
3. Maintaining 6-12 inherited accounts
4. Producing detailed designs and specification proposals
5. Pro-actively developing new business and preparing quotes for tenders
6. Visiting new and existing customers as required
7. Dealing with project sizes ranging between £100k - £500k
The ideal applicant will be an M&E Sales Consultant – Fire Detection & Security Systems with:
1. 10+ years’ experience within the fire & security industry
2. Consideration for a commission or service engineer looking to move into sales
3. A stable career background
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
5. Pro-active, enthusiastic and self-motivated
6. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
7. Attention to detail and methodical organisational skills
8. A valid UK driving license
