Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a FTTP Civils and Faults Manager to manage and support with the delivery of connections and break fix activities across FTTP/FWA.

1. Lead and manage an FTTP Fibre Faults and Civils team, overseeing a range of tasks including prebuild, installations, surveys, and fibre fault repairs.
2. Ensure the team is trained and competent to deliver high quality work, focusing on health and safety compliance.
3. Conduct regular performance reviews, 12-1s, and manage training and performance records.
4. Monitor productivity and address team complaints, providing feedback and improvements to enhance performance.
5. Foster a customer first mindset across the team, driving continuous improvement and efficient service restoration.
Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…
1. Strong knowledge of FTTP fibre faults and Civils work, with experience in PIA delivered networks (both OH and UG).
2. Understanding of permit systems, network drawings, and fibre fault diagnosis.
3. Experience in managing teams across wide geographical areas, with a focus on productivity and standards.
4. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop individuals and drive continuous improvement.
5. Desirable qualifications such as IOSH Managing Safely, NRSWA, and S1/S7/S8 certifications.
