We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Designer to join our dynamic Marketing team in Manchester and play a key role in shaping the visual identity of Interact. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience designing for digital marketing, a strong portfolio that demonstrates a flair for impactful design, and advanced skills in motion graphics and video creation.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can think strategically while delivering high-quality creative work, and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand engagement and marketing success.
A Little About You...
* Leading the creation of motion graphics and video content for social media, product promotions, and marketing campaigns
* Developing engaging visuals for banners, ads, infographics, presentations, and other collateral for digital and print channels
* Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative assets for campaigns that align with business goals
* Designing and optimizing website components and landing pages to drive engagement and conversions
* Creating high-impact graphics for social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement
* Designing visually compelling and responsive email templates to support marketing outreach and nurture campaigns
* Maintaining and evolving our visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all materials while identifying opportunities to innovate
* Taking ownership of workflow processes for asset creation and management, ensuring efficiency and accessibility of design resources
About the role...
* You have 4+ years of experience designing for digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
* You are experienced in creating assets for websites, social media, email marketing, and paid ads
* You are proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
* You have advanced skills in motion graphics and video editing using tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro
* You thrive in fast-paced environments, are well-organized, and have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* You are a strong collaborator and communicator who works well with cross-functional teams
* You have a strong eye for brand identity and know how to maintain consistency while innovating
