Customer Team Leader
Location: 19 Farthing Grove, Netherfield, Milton Keynes, MK6 4JH
Pay: £13.65 per hour
Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part-time
Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends, to be discussed at interview

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales.
We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll help lead the store team by coaching and supervising Customer Team Members, deputising for the Store Manager, and performing various store tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning spillages.

What you’ll do
* Provide friendly, helpful, and thoughtful service, managing the store and handling challenging situations
* Develop your team through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture
* Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and operational
* Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to enhance shopping experience
* Support your store manager when deputising and assist with HR processes
* Introduce new products and services, encouraging team feedback
* Build relationships and support local community initiatives
