Job Title: Project Manager – Delivery

Salary: £56,000+ depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Management and delivery of site project portfolio as well as effective management of a team of professionals
* Applicable control and management of project schedules and budget to meet Site and Business objectives
* Responsible for the successful management of Stakeholders and their expectations with a proactive attitude to supporting and delivering business needs and requirement
* Ability to provide visible leadership and commitment to Safety Health & Environment within a CDM environment
* Directing internal improvements in ways of working to enable the portfolio way of working
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Experience using tools such as ARM, LCM, SAP Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6
* Familiarity with Regulatory Frameworks such as Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM)
* Previous Project Management experience
* Previous Supply Chain Management
Desirable:
* Experience with Project Finance, Funding and Business Case
* Experience Risk and Opportunity Management and Business Change Management (incl PMBCR)

The Site Facilities Engineering Team:
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team of eight people in the Major Projects department, which offers gainable experience to the wider strategic initiative. This role offers a wide range of exposure to different teams across the Barrow site, whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function. Joining this team allows you to work across various functions as well as the potential to advance the recruitment activities within the domain.
We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
