We are seeking a talented Content writer and Editor with a strong background in commercial real estate to work alongside the Head of Research and Sector leads to curate and deliver our Thought leadership agenda. You will be pivotal in ensuring that CBRE's data, analysis and expertise is evident to the firm's clients and the wider UK property market. The role focus will be to support the wider team in the delivery of its Thought leadership program. The successful candidate will be required to collaborate across the business to bring forward new content. To help execute a content strategy that aligns with CBRE's thought leadership goals and objectives the role holder will need to create high-quality content for various channels, including research reports, white papers, blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials. They will also need to edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Person Specification/Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Real Estate, or a related field. - Previous experience in a real estate capacity. - Experience in curating programmes of data-driven real estate market research or consultancy so would be able to lead and execute a content strategy that aligns with CBRE's thought leadership goals and objectives. - An ability to work effectively with marketing, client care and business development colleagues to maximise the impact and value of research products to clients.
