Here at Legal & General we are seeking a talented individual to join our HR Programme team within group functions. In this role, you will define and document multiple requirements, manage feeds to and from our systems, and ensure system enhancements support business rules. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have expertise in Oracle and international implementation/customisation of off-the-shelf solutions, we want to hear from you What you'll be doing: Mapping out varied and complex business requirements to deliver on global ambitions for the HR programme Defining and documenting multiple requirements, feeds to and from our systems, and business rules which system enhancements need to support Leading the international implementation and customisation of off-the-shelf solutions Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are aligned with strategic goals Managing and coordinating analysis activities, including facilitating requirements workshops and solution discussions Evaluating and raising risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies that may impact project activities, proposing mitigating actions Ensuring high-quality delivery of designs and solutions that meet acceptance criteria Navigating the organisational setup effectively, leveraging experience with L&G Qualifications Who we're looking for: Extensive experience as a Business Analyst Expertise in Oracle and international implementation/customisation of off-the-shelf solutions Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and methodologies Proven track record of delivering high-quality analysis and solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and hit the ground running Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Relevant qualifications such as IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis™ (CCBA®) or Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
