We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Folding Box Board Salesperson to join our growing business. You will be responsible for promoting and selling folding box board products to various industries, including cosmetics, health & beauty, food, drink, confectionary and consumer good categories. You will be tasked with developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
* Identify and target potential customers in industries such as food & beverage, cosmetics, and consumer goods.
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the folding box board sector.
* Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and technical specifications of folding box board products to prospective clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
* Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Research and Analysis:
* Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the folding box board market.
* Stay informed on industry developments, product innovations, and emerging customer needs.
Negotiation and Closing:
* Prepare and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
* Close deals effectively, ensuring profitability while meeting customer expectations.
* Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
Sales Reporting:
* Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager.
* Monitor and report on customer performance, sales pipeline, and market feedback.
Qualifications:
Experience:
* 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in the paperboard, packaging, or printing industries.
* Experience with B2B sales and managing client accounts.
* Familiarity with folding box board, its applications, and the packaging process is preferred.
Skills:
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
* Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

This is a full-time, permanent role, you must be based within one hour of West Yorkshire.
