Contract Manager Job Description
To profitably manage contracts in full compliance with specification, effectively utilising identified resources to ensure they meet both company service delivery and budgetary targets, and the requirements in terms of contract, profitability & relevant legislative requirements for Client management.
During your Induction, you will gain valuable experience managing a Lead Engineer and team of Engineers whilst being partnered with a current Contract Manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Communication
2. Report directly to Operations Director
3. Primary contact with Client’s
4. Manage variations to the contract
5. Measuring Client’s Profit & Loss individually
6. Support Credit control
7. Elogbooks
8. Supporting Sales and Mobilisation Team
9. Providing instruction and guidance to Helpdesk when required
10. Team Responsibility
11. KPI’s & SLA’s – PPM & Reactive
12. Responsible for team stats
13. Monitoring Points and Conference Calls
14. Audits
15. Form Line Management for Lead Engineer
16. Team Morale
17. Approval of holiday’s
18. Identifying shortfalls in labour – identifying recruitment of new staff and redistributing workload accordingly
19. Liaising with HR
20. Provide technical support should your Lead Engineer require it
21. Monitoring of Sub Contractors activities on your allocated sites
22. Uphold Company rules and procedures
23. Adhere to Company and externally relevant health and safety laws and policies
24. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be determined by Company
