What is a Warehouse Team Leader?
You will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse operates according to procedures and company policies, under the guidance of the Supply Chain Manager. You will support internal customers and assist the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

What to expect?
The post holder will be responsible for:
* Updating and printing production, packing, and co-manufacturing plans
* Completing tasks assigned by supervisors efficiently
* Delivering jobs in a timely manner
* Maintaining quality standards for finished products
* Assisting supervisors in organizing and monitoring operators' performance
* Managing daily warehouse activities and staff, including contractors
* Enforcing safety rules and working safely
* Reporting damages or issues to supervisors or managers
* Ensuring proper use of PPE and GMP standards in the warehouse
* Maintaining health and safety standards and reporting concerns
* Liaising with planning to ensure timely availability of picking sheets and stock for weekends
* Preparing equipment and ensuring cleanliness
* Supporting projects as needed
* Communicating with planning and quality departments regarding plans and issues
* Training team members
* Covering weekend shifts and managing stock levels for co-manufacturers
* Shutting the warehouse for 2 hours daily to complete tasks and catch up
* Providing daily handovers and emailing relevant departments
* Managing incoming deliveries and recording them appropriately
* Reporting staff absences and maintaining records
* Attending team meetings
* Managing external disposals and stock movements
Do you fit the profile?
* Minimum 2 years of team leader experience
* FLT licenses – reach and counterbalance
* At least 2 years of warehouse experience
* Knowledge of H&S and GMP standards
* Good Excel skills and system experience
* Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload
* Ability to work independently
