VANRATH are recruiting a Building Surveyor to work for a leading construction consultancy working on major construction projects across the UK and Ireland.

The Ideal Person:
* 2+ years' Building Surveyor experience
* Degree in Building Surveying or a related field
* P402 asbestos qualification
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office
Overview of Role:
* Conducting asbestos management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys
* Detailed building inspections
* Report handling
* Defect diagnosis and remediation
