Internal Audit Manager - Corporate Audit Services, GB/ES
Job Purpose:
In Corporate Audit Services we make a difference by increasing understanding & confidence, supporting management to navigate uncertainties and manage risks to deliver CCEP´s strategic objectives.
The purpose of this role is to deliver risk-targeted audit and advisory services in different areas and business processes of the organisation. You will manage and support (as required) audit engagements to provide assurance on the adequacy of CCEPs integrated internal control framework, risk management, governance and compliance processes. By participating in advisory engagements you will also offer insights and ideas that support the delivery of strategic initiatives.
What to Expect:
• Delivery of individual audit engagements ensuring these are executed in the most effective, efficient manner, following professional audit standards and quality assurance practices. This includes identification of risks and controls; and defining and executing the testing strategy.
• Act as the first point of contact to provide guidance and audit results to management; including leading opening, status and closing meetings.
• Prepare final audit reports and provide timely reporting of control issues along with cost-effective recommendations.
• Follow up of audit findings and working with management to ensure that action plans add value and are completed in a timely manner.
• Provide insights to drive efficiencies and improvement opportunities of CAS internal processes and methodology.
• Support the development of team members assigned to the different projects; this will include providing feedback, coaching and motivation.

• Corporate Audit Services Leadership Team
• Other assurance functions, including Internal Controls, ERM, Compliance
• Middle and Senior Management (VPs and Directors) of different business areas (Commercial, CSSC, Finance, BPT)
Skills and Essentials:
Experience preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of audit experience (external or internal) or from other assurance functions, good understanding of audit procedures and methodology is desired.
• Business knowledge of risks (operational, financial and strategic) and understanding of control activities and processes; preferably gained in an FMCG multinational environment.
• Experience leading a group of project resources is desired, demonstrated ability to coordinate teams across different locations
• Effective management of internal and external stakeholders, especially at senior level, with strong interpersonal skills to communicate with impact, influence, and confidence.

Qualifications required
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field, and/or an Professional Accountancy or Internal Audit qualification
Language capability
• Fluency in English, second language French, German, Spanish or Dutch is an asset.
Travel required
• Approx. 50% across Europe
