If so, we’d love to hear from you About The Role We’re looking for a dynamic Product / Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for Kara Foodservice, our out-of-home (OOH) bakery brand. Based in Manchester and reporting to the Marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial growth across multiple channels. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of brand management, trade and digital marketing, and product strategy—all while working with talented teams across Commercial, Finance, NPD, Procurement, and more. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver innovative marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns Support sales teams with targeted initiatives and high-impact marketing collateral Build and maintain the Kara brand across digital, print, and in-person platforms Lead our presence at trade shows and industry events, from concept to execution Use data and analytics to track performance and optimise future campaigns Manage key agency and stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and excellence Champion digital marketing through SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and web updates What We’re Looking For Degree in Marketing, Business or related field 5 years’ experience in brand and B2B foodservice marketing Proven success managing events, digital campaigns, and cross-functional projects Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness A team player who thrives on collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement What's in it for you?
