organization providing caring support services for older adults and those with health challenges in Huron and Perth Counties. Our goal is to help older adults to remain living at home and be active

The Opportunity:
ONE CARE has an opportunity for you to join our team as Director, Corporate Services. This role is pivotal in achieving our vision of “Quality health and wellbeing at home” demonstrating strategic leadership, visionary planning, collaborative management, passionate engagement, quality, and compliance.
You will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team and will work closely with the Executive Director
and the Director of Client Services to set direction, operational policies, and procedures to be responsive to the community’s needs and enhance the organization’s financial performance, infrastructure, and risk management strategies. In this role, you will lead all aspects of corporate services for the organization.
The portfolio includes Finance and Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Data
Analytics, Facilities, and Procurement. Offering direct leadership to senior managers while also
supporting the teams in their development, planning, and projects.
What's needed for the role?
* University degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Management/Administration or other related area of study.
* CPA designation strongly preferred. Education or experience in Human Resources an asset.
* Minimum five (5) years of related senior level experience. Bonus if these are in the non-profit, healthcare, or another related sector.
* Ability to provide strategic direction based upon industry-leading best practices, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of corporate services.
* Ready to lead a passionate and dynamic team, fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.
* Areas of strength include strategic planning/forward-thinking, compliance, fostering strong organizational relationships, leadership, innovation, adaptability, and business acumen.
* A commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
* Valid Ontario Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.

based on experience and we offer comprehensive benefits to support your well-being.
