As a leader in industrial fan and air movement technology, we have designed and manufactured a comprehensive range of industrial solutions, including fans, blowers, air knife systems, and more, serving customers worldwide for over fifty years.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the accounts receivable, accounts payable and credit control functions
* Maintaining records for payroll, company bonus scheme and pension scheme
* Monthly payroll processing
* Bank reconciliations
* Completing month end accounting tasks
* Production of weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports that support the financial reporting of ACI
Hours:
This is a part-time role, with up to 24.75 hours per week available. Ideally, this would be a full day (8.25 hours) on a Monday, Tuesday and one other day to be arranged with the successful applicant. However, we are open to having discussions regarding the number of hours and days.
Position Requirements:
* Experience of working in a similar role
* AAT qualification or equivalent
* Excellent IT skills; Excel, Microsoft Office and preferably Sage and SAP.
* Highly analytical and methodical skills, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
* The ability to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals at all levels.
