Due to the location of the clinical aspect of this role the main administrative base would be at Langley House Watford. You would work closely with Occupational Therapy colleagues within our other bedded rehabilitation units to support service delivery, participate in service development and for your own clinical supervision. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual, who is passionate about helping patients to improve their quality of life and helping staff to develop in their roles and are keen to learn. The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously, have excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to problem solve and prioritise.
