Job Title: IT Support Administrator
Salary:£30,721 - £31,352
Location: Enniskillen
Reports to: Head of IT
Summary:Provide and manage ICT support for approximately 170 users and IT infrastructure across multiple sites. Support IT Project Support Office and IT management.
Key Functions:
* Manage virtual and physical servers, PCs, and printers.
* Administer MPLS WAN, VPN, and LAN networks.
* Troubleshoot Line of Business Applications.
* Research and propose new ICT solutions.
* Develop user documentation for IT systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to IT Project Manager/Senior Managers.
* Manage ITIL compliant helpdesk.
* Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications.
* Prepare progress reports for senior staff.
* Support project management processes.
* Manage hardware, software, and contractor services.
* Administer various systems, including Active Directory, MS Exchange, Office 365, and VOIP systems.
* Network management and administration.
* Comply with equality policies and complete required training.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Minimum 2 A Levels + 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths) or equivalent qualifications.
* At least 3 years of relevant technical experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Valid driving licence or access to transport.
Essential Criteria:
* Experience in ICT support and troubleshooting.
* Experience with building, deploying, and patching computers.
* Experience with various systems (OS & Apps).
* Strong written communication skills.
* Experience handling correspondence and records.
* Experience dealing with contractors and consultants.
Desirable Criteria:
* Experience with Project Control methodology (e.g., PRINCE 2).
* IT Hardware & Software Technical Support courses.
* ITIL (Service Management) course.
* Experience managing corporate Backup Solutions.
Competencies:
* Ability to monitor plans and organise workload.
* Identify opportunities for improvement.
* Effective team member and communicator.
* Gather and analyse information for decision-making.
