Are you a seasoned New Homes professional with a proven track record and a passion for guiding clients through impactful purchasing decisions? We're looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join my clients teams and take a lead role in the next phase of this North London development.
What You'll Do:
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
* Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of the business
* Ensure premium quality standards of the marketing suite are upheld
* Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing your expertise
* Stay informed on market trends to provide clients with the best options available
What We're Looking For:
* Demonstrated experience in sales, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members alike
* Experience selling new build developments off-plan

* Up to £38k basic, £58k OTE
* Tuesday-Saturday with some weekends
