The role will predominantly be based at the HCS site, with requirements to work at client sites.

Key Responsibilities
* Interpret mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic engineering drawings.
* Use measuring and recording equipment.
* Work with high pressures and pressure-generating equipment.
* Service and repair equipment as required.
* Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose equipment issues as required.
* Overhaul and test pumps, motors, and control valves.
* Create detailed service reports, maintain accurate records, and complete all paperwork, test procedures, risk assessments, and toolbox talks to a very high standard.
* Provide support to other trades/disciplines where required.
* Assemble surface and subsea wellhead and control equipment, including but not limited to Tubing Hangers, Flow bases, Subsea Trees, Tree Caps, running tools, Dual Bore Riser, Lower Risers Packages, and Emergency Disconnect Packages, Hydraulic Power Units, Panels, and Reels.
* Carry out maintenance and repairs of surface and subsea wellhead and control equipment.
* Carry out modifications to subsea wellhead and controls equipment.
* Hydro test & flush surface, subsea, controls, and wellhead equipment.
* When qualified, gas test surface and subsea equipment.
* Lead and assist with customer site integration testing of surface and subsea wellhead and controls equipment.
* When required, dedicate to major customer projects.
* Assist with the inspection of equipment.
* Maintain the work package, signing up route cards, signing procedures, and labeling work package evidence, i.e., charts and flushing samples.
* Be responsible for your own safety and the safety of others within the workplace, working in a safe, tidy, and efficient manner, assisting in maintaining safety within the workplace, and tidying work areas during and after operations.
