The key responsibilities of this role are: Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of client-facing areas, kitchens, and suites. Setting up and reconfiguring furniture for different meetings and events. Keeping stock organised, place orders, and ensure timely rotation of supplies. Assisting with event coordination, including client meet-and-greets and technical setup (training provided). Brief and support temporary staff to ensure smooth event execution. Liaise with estates and cleaning teams to keep spaces ready for the next day. Ensure a professional and welcoming environment at all times. Applicants will have: Previous experience working in a 5 star hospitality environment. A team player with great communication and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised in a fast-paced setting. Previous hospitality, facilities, or events experience is a plus.
