Care Coordinator/Deputy Manager Responsibilities: Creating and managing staff rotas, ensuring all care visits are covered and handling last-minute changes due to sickness or absence. Conducting supervisions, appraisals, and spot checks to monitor staff performance and maintain high-quality care standards. Carrying out care reviews and client courtesy calls to assess satisfaction and make necessary adjustments. Overseeing staff training and e-learning, ensuring compliance with mandatory requirements. Maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and company policies while addressing any concerns or complaints. Liaising with healthcare professionals, social workers, and families to ensure a coordinated approach to care. Care Coordinator/Deputy Manager Requirements: Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Care Coordinator in a homecare setting. Must have a UK Driving Licence and use of own vehicle.
