What you’ll be doing:
* Design and implement a scalable content strategy to drive demand and generate leads by targeting key audience personas with tailored messaging throughout the customer journey.
* Oversee the creation of high-quality, SEO-optimized content (blogs, case studies, videos, social posts, webinars), managing a team of freelancers (copywriters, designers, videographers) to scale production.
* Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to streamline content planning, production, editing, and approval processes.
* Work closely with the marketing team to distribute content across various channels (websites, blogs, social media, email) and explore opportunities like guest blogging, syndication, and partnerships to expand reach.
* Position the company as an industry leader by highlighting expertise and pursuing speaking engagements, webinars, and event opportunities.
* Track and analyze content performance, using data insights to refine strategies, uncover content gaps, and continuously improve through experimentation.
* Ensure brand consistency across all content by enforcing tone, messaging, and visual guidelines to maintain a unified brand identity.
What you’ll need to be considered:
* 5+ years in B2B content marketing, including 2+ years in a high-growth SaaS environment, with expertise in SEO, eCommerce, or AI.
* Proven ability to build and scale content strategies that drive measurable results, leveraging organic content to generate demand within an ICP.
* Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail, alongside creative thinking and innovative content generation.
* Experience collaborating with designers and video producers to create visually impactful content.
* Self-starter with excellent project management skills, capable of driving projects from start to finish.
* Proficient in using AI to scale content without compromising quality, and familiar with HubSpot, WordPress, and marketing analytics tools.
* Data-driven with a focus on measuring content impact and adapting strategies, while staying up-to-date on industry trends.
* Strong collaborator, with a desire to be both strategic and hands-on in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
