We are looking for a highlymotivated enthusiastic and passionate Fitness Professional to takeup the Fitness Manager position in this busy centre. This is anopportunity not to be missed for an experienced manager within thefitness industry ready to take that next stepup!
We are looking for candidates who haveexperience in creating group class timetables you are ideally level3 qualified and have previous experience of managing a PTprogrammes. The Fitness Manager will report to the General Managerand is responsible for working alongside the other management teamto ensure that the centre is offering a great service to itsmembers.
TheRole:
* Leading the teamfrom the front
* Primarily Monday Friday rolewith two early shifts a week
* Understanding KPIsand targets and the importance of engaging new members into ourfitness and group exerciseprogrammes
* Fulfilling Duty Management Shiftsif/when required
* Creating group classtimetables.
* Opportunity to deliver classesand/or PT sessions to supplement basicsalary
