Job Purpose
We seek an experienced, talented, and focused Team Supervisor to join our dynamic team currently delivering installation, maintenance, and product support services for electrical utility assets across the UK.

Job Context
You will work as part of a highly skilled Engineering division supporting all aspects of HV services to our clients and customers. As part of our team, you will support your peers in the delivery of HV engineering and lead projects from award through delivery.
The role will act as the central point in multiple service project teams, coordinating with engineers, customers, and third parties to ensure the work is delivered in full and within agreed timescales to ensure successful outcomes for the business and the customer.
The ideal candidate will have a background in the UK Utilities Sector, understand the complexities of delivering project work across multiple sites simultaneously, and have experience managing key customer accounts.
Job Dimensions
The role is hybrid, with flexible attendance at our Oxfordshire office required to support cohesive working with the team. The core hours are 07:30 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday, and 07:30 am to 12:30 Friday. Depending on operational workload, additional hours may be required.
Key Accountabilities
1. Supervision of projects, suppliers, and accounts, supporting both the administration team and PMO with work across our UK Energy Services business, managing handovers from sales through to delivery.
2. Work closely with the Project Leads to schedule on-site delivery of project work on time and in full to meet contractual requirements.
3. Supervise the Work Schedule and run project team reviews to ensure jobs are progressed in a timely manner and tracking progress.
4. Track concurrent project jobs and feed updates into the PMO and senior management team. Supervision of the Workbank, maintaining workload tracking references, documents, and scheduling records accordingly.
5. Coordinate material purchases, subcontract resources, logistics, and travel arrangements.
6. Manage financials during delivery of each job and fully review post-completion to ensure all job costing activities are complete in line with business and customer financial milestones.
7. Supervise new PQQ activities to onboard new customers and work with sales colleagues to expand the Energy Services Customer base.
8. Maintain key customer account relationships ensuring contract requirements and service level agreements are managed in line with T&Cs.
9. Oversee and manage customer portals to ensure compliance and support ongoing business relationships.
10. Support all areas of the department in relation to office systems, bookings, POs, equipment hire, delivery dates, etc.
11. Ensure a strong working relationship with other departments across Lucy Electric.
12. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the standards, policies, and procedures of Lucy Electric and its customers.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
1. Experience in managing key accounts and contractual agreements.
2. Experience in Supervision of both teams of people, workbanks, and centralised communication hubs.
3. Able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Good interpersonal skills.
5. Detailed and precise record keeping.
6. Experience of document and process management.
7. Computer literate – skilled in MS Outlook and Excel, D365, CRM systems.
8. Experience working within the UK Utilities sector, preferably electrical distribution.
9. Good knowledge of business finance, and ability to manage job costing and forecast figures.
10. Good problem-solving skills.
11. Highly organised and tidy.
12. Must have a positive and confident approach to tasks.
13. Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant and can-do attitude.
14. Able to work independently, within a team, and take the lead when required.
