You will have sessions with 1:3 students and will have a full timetable in school supporting Year 7-11 in Maths within small groups. These focused groups allow individualised targets and guidance. These pupils are reviewed half-termly to allow as many students as possible to have access to high quality support in literacy and numeracy.

The successful candidate will hold a degree & have tutoring experience OR be confident to deliver maths interventions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Deliver tailored programmes which complement ongoing class work, learning objectives and assessment plans along with the class teacher.
* Work 1-1 or in small groups with students who are falling behind academically to ensure they achieve in upcoming exams.
* Adapt the content, style, format of the tuition to ensure the most effective results are achieved.
* Build strong relationships with pupils and school contacts through session delivery, review meetings, tuition progress reports and feedback.
Successful Candidates Will:
* Have great subject knowledge and the ability to plan and communicate it effectively in 1:1 or small group settings.
* Be flexible and committed to delivering engaging, challenging, and developmental sessions over the course.
