Your role involves creating structured, inclusive lessons tailored to individual learning journeys, and offering a safe, engaging learning environment.Responsibilities Include:
* Designing and teaching lessons adapted to various needs using P Scales
* Fostering trust through patient and positive relationships
* Supporting personal care routines when necessary
* Promoting positive behaviour and engagement through creative methods
Requirements:
* Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Legal right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain)
* Proven SEN experience in UK schools
* Effective behaviour management skills
* Availability for full-time hours, Monday-Friday
