The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Cleaner/Keyholder position for a busy client of ours in Whitstable.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am-8am and 7pm-8pm.
You will be required to unlock and un-alarm in the Mornings and set the alarm and lock the facility in the Evenings.
Responsibilities:
* Perform general cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting
* Clean and sanitise restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
* Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
* Wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, chairs, and countertops
* Refill soap dispensers, paper towel holders, and toilet paper as needed
* Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor
* Follow established procedures for the proper handling and disposal of waste
* Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation in all areas of the office
* Perform occasional deep cleaning tasks as assigned
Requirements:
* Prior experience in commercial cleaning preferred, but not required
* Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
* Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending
* Flexibility to work early morning or evening shifts as needed
* Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
