Elevation Recruitment HR have the pleasure of working with an industry leading manufacturing client in the Huthwaite area who are looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their well established team on a 12 months fixed term contract.
As a HR Advisor you will provide first line support for line managers and colleagues on HR queries, policy, process, and recruitment ensuring management teams and employees are provided with sound HR advice to make informed decisions about their people fairly and consistently.
As a HR Advisor your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting line managers will follow ups for probationary period and absence management
2. Support line managers on ER issues including absence management, probationary reviews and sickness absence cases
3. Assist with interviews and recruitment
4. Conduct the first day HR induction for new starters
5. Supporting line managers will follow ups for probationary period and absence management for all new starters
6. Lead on redundancy issues for employees
7. Support and coach Managers and Supervisors with completing the annual appraisal process and support staff with completion of the process in partner departments.
