The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. This role will manage the creation and execution of content across various social media platforms, engage with our online community, and analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Freelance resource by onboarding, communicating briefs, negotiating costs to ensure the business obtains the best-in-class resource at the right market rates.
* Develop visuals for Newsletters, Paid digital advertising, Event/Expo's
* Create a marketing strategy across promotional features, specialist subject matters, well-being, employee promotion, products and services promotions etc.
* Replicate brand consistency across different sectors whilst tailoring posts to advertise the business as a specialist in each of it's areas.
* Capable of managing in-house and outsourced talent across Content Creators, Visual Designers, Researchers, Content schedulers and paid advertising experts.
The successful applicant will have:
* Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within a Technology, SaaS or related industry.
* Capable of managing a big team (both in-house and outsourced), with a marketing budget in excess of £500k.
* Proficiency in social media platforms and tools
* Strong understanding of SaaS marketing principles, SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
