We are pleased to be working with a Kent based organisation to bring in an Interim Head of ER Transformation for at least 6 months
You will essentially review the whole Employee Relations function to improve the service offering.
Leading a team of around 10 fte you will modernise how the ER service is delivered to make it more streamlined and efficient.
This is an exciting piece of work to get your teeth into and make your mark.
To be considered you must have a very strong ER background ideally having transformed a service in the past.
You also need to come with public sector experience to be considered.
This is a hybrid role requiring you to be on site in Kent 2 days a week with the rest working remotely.
