Responsibilities
Find (suitable – cost effective) products and get quotations Ability to effectively liaise with other professionals on the projec - Do a Schedule of works (SoW) from a plan Liaise with suppliers Complete quantity take offs Requirements
Strong IT skills, with experience of using all MS office applications Ability to effectively liaise with other professionals on the project (Advatnage, not essential) Proficient in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup and Lumion (Advatnage, not essential) Good understanding of building regulations and standards as applicable to landscape projects (Advatnage, not essential) Ability to produce clear working drawings for construction, including sections and construction details. (Advatnage, not essential) Knowledge and understanding of landscape designations Complete a Schedule of works (SoW) from a plan Clean driving licence and own vehicle, for traveling for work a pool car will be accessible Candidates must live within 20 miles radius Strong organisational skills The Ideal Candidate
