Job Description
1. Develop, maintain, and manage reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
2. Collaborate with various departments to understand their reporting needs and provide actionable insights.
3. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and dashboards.
4. Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring timely resolution.
5. Support the Sales Operations team with data analysis and reporting.
6. Create and maintain documentation for BI processes and reports.
7. Train and support team members on the use of BI tools and reports.
8. Continuously improve reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
1. Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Power Automate etc.
2. Strong SQL skills and experience with database management.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
6. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
8. Experience in a sales operations environment.
9. Knowledge of CRM systems and data integration.
10. Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modelling.
