Position: Our client is a growing design, build and reactive maintenance company working predominantly in the leisure and hospitality industries as well as commercial and public sectors. A fantastic opportunity is available for a Project Coordinator to join their friendly team based at their Head Office at Doncaster. Reporting directly to the Office Manager and working in collaboration with other project coordinators, you will be providing valuable day to day support for a busy and organised team. This is a great opportunity for someone to build on existing knowledge in an interesting and varied role. You must have excellent organisational and communication skills, be able to manage a varied workload and work well unsupervised and as part of a team. The day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to: Schedule and send out for materials and site setups Liaise with other departments Monitor and manage sub-contractors Procurement of project specific orders & materials Build supplier relationships and management Liaison with the contracts and commercial teams Coordinate project completion documents Oversee the project after-sales within the agreed timeframes Call Handling Requirements Proactive and motivated individual with excellent time keeping. Ideal candidate will be friendly, proactive, and have a high attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient IT Skills- Eque2 experience advantageous, but training will be provided. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines. Other information: This a permanent contract, working 35 hours per week, Monday- Friday. Our client’s core hours are between 08:00-17:00 and exact hours may be negotiable for the right candidate. The salary for this position is up to £24,000 per annum and is dependent on experience. This position benefits from 20 days per year, plus bank holidays and receives paid leave while the business is closed over the festive period.
