Our client located in Bicester is looking for an AM Fleet Administrator to join their busy transport office. This opportunity is a temporary position but can lead to permanent after 12 weeks.
Duties:
* Working between the warehouse and the site yard.
* Checking vehicles for any damage or defects.
* Maintaining reports and updating logs with vehicle defects.
* Producing documentation and letters.
* Liaising with drivers to prepare their route paperwork and hand the correct vehicle keys.
* Using a handheld device to update logs.
* Helping in the yard – moving vehicles.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working within a transport office required.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Competent with IT software.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Full UK driving licence.
Key information:
* Monday to Friday 05:00am – 13:30pm.
* £457.60 per week (first 12 weeks).
* £524 per week (from week 13).
* Free parking.
