Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules, prioritise tasks based on urgency and impact, and manage acceptances on portals. You'll ensure that all work orders are completed on time, monitor progress, and adjust schedules as necessary. Additionally, you'll assist the line manager with departmental responsibilities and manage customer portal accounts, all while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
* Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience.
* Enthusiastic and a good team player.
* Ability to work quickly while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
* Experienced in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
* Confident with the ability to communicate at all levels, via phone and email.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good customer service skills.
* Office-based role.
