Senior Construction Solicitor London Permanent £80,000 - £100,000 Sellick Partnership is excited to work alongside an organisation responsible for delivering one of the country's largest infrastructure projects, in finding a Senior Construction Lawyer to join their in-house legal team on a permanent basis. The successful Construction Solicitor would be working closely with the General Counsel and would take on a range of legal work relating to Construction Law. The Solicitor will also be comfortable taking on more general legal work when required and advising the business on a range of legal queries. This is a unique opportunity to gain invaluable legal services management experience and see the inner workings of an in-house legal function. This role is based in London and the ideal candidate would be able to attend the office in central London on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate would be between 4-8 years PQE, however more junior candidates with strong Construction Law experience are also encouraged to apply. As a Senior Construction Solicitor, your role will include, but is not limited to: Reviewing and negotiating a wide range of contractual documentation relating to Construction Law including - collateral warranties, framework agreements, joint venture agreements and NEC Working closely with the Contracts Officer and Data Protection Officer on a range of legal projects Delivering training and raising awareness of legal risks to the wider business Our client is looking for someone who has a keen interest and is committed to working in-house, making the new role their own.
