This is a part-time role, working 5.5 hours per day over 3 days per week, equating to 16.5 hours per week (ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday).
The salary is £12,257.14 to £14,142.86 per annum depending on experience (£26K to £30K per annum FTE).
Duties
* Conduct data entry and maintain accurate HR records using our internal platforms such as PeopleHR, Nvolve and M-Files.
* Assisting the HR Manager with HR project work.
* Coordinating training for colleagues, supporting the HR Manager with L&D.
* Provide administrative support to the HR team alongside our HR Administrator.
* Collaborate with various departments to address HR-related queries.
* Support recruitment activities and onboarding processes.
* Assist in employee relations matters and minute taking in formal meetings.
* Provide information, advice and guidance to our management team.
Skills
* Previous HR experience and HR project work.
* Must have at least 1 year of experience in ER case handling.
* Must have experience of minute taking within formal meetings.
* Good understanding of UK Employment Law / Legislation.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Self-driven and urgency awareness.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines.
* ‘Can do’ attitude.
* Confident in communicating both verbally and in writing.
* GCSE grade 5 / C or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
* Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
* Complete understanding of GDPR and confidentiality.
* Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified; however, experience within a similar role is more advantageous.

* Diploma of Higher Education (preferred).
Experience:
* HRIS: 1 year (required).
* Human Resources Advisor: 1 year (required).
* Communication skills in HR: 2 years (required).
* Administrative experience: 5 years (required).
* HR: 3 years (required).
* HR Minute Taking: 1 year (required).
* ER Case Management: 1 year (required).
Language:
* Fluent English (required).
Licence/Certification:
* Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
Work authorisation:
* United Kingdom (required).
