One of the UK's largest maritime intermodal logistics operators is seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join their busy team. The company has locations across Europe and the UK.
The Role
1. Handle customer communications promptly and professionally
2. Build strong relationships with customers and internal departments
3. Manage daily customer activities according to company standards
4. Meet business targets and identify sales opportunities
5. Share market trends and new business leads with relevant teams
6. Work with Pricing department to create customer incentives
7. Maintain high standards of customer care and communication
8. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of all services
9. Maintain data integrity in IT systems
10. Create rate quotes and update customer information as needed
11. Prepare and distribute required reports
12. Be the main daily contact for customers.
