Job Title: HR Manager Salary: € 48k Location: Fermanagh. Ref: S011668 As HR & Compliance Manager you will be responsible for the Full HR duties of the company. You will play a vital role in shaping and delivering HR strategies and initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with leadership teams and employees, you will drive policies, talent management, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with the organisation's goals and compliance requirements. DUTIES INCLUDE: Lead on talent acquisition, retention and development Oversee and manage employee relations cases ensuring compliance to legislation Manage the performance cycle including appraisal, KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures in alignment with local labour laws. Partner with senior leaders to implement HR strategies that support business objectives, employee satisfaction, and organisational growth Manage company compliance to Quality, H&S and Environmental standards. IDEAL CANDIDATE: Proven experience as an HR Manager, BP or Generalist. Attained or working towards CIPD level 5 Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practice. Demonstrable success in implementing HR strategies that align with business goals. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
