IN A NUTSHELL
As we continue to expand our brand and reach, we are looking for a visionary Head of Studio to lead and shape the creative direction of the brand. This role offers the opportunity to define and elevate our brand identity, ensuring that it resonates with our target audience and strengthens our position in the market.
As the Head of Studio, you will be the driving force behind all creative output for the Bulk brand across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and product packaging. You will lead a talented Studio team, managing the development of visual content and ensuring that all marketing materials align with the brands mission, vision, and values. Reporting to our Brand and Studio Director, this is a key leadership role where youll have the opportunity to set the creative direction, manage multiple creative projects, and work closely with other departments to bring the brand’s vision to life.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Creative Leadership & Strategy
1. Define and maintain the overall creative vision and direction for the Bulk brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
2. Collaborate with the Brand and Studio Director and the wider marketing team to ensure creative initiatives support broader business goals, including product launches, campaigns, and brand partnerships.
3. Oversee the development of creative concepts and execution for digital campaigns, video content, social media, print materials, advertising, and other brand assets.
4. Provide creative insights and direction to ensure all projects align with the brand’s values, tone of voice, and aesthetic.
Team Leadership & Development
1. Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing creative team, ensuring their work is consistently high-quality, on-brand, and delivered on time.
2. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the creative team, encouraging experimentation and bold ideas.
3. Guide team members’ professional development through feedback, training, and career growth opportunities.
Brand Management & Identity
1. Ensure that Bulks brand identity is consistently represented across all platforms, from product packaging to digital content and marketing collateral.
2. Work closely with the Brand and Studio Director to evolve and refine the brands visual identity as needed, ensuring it stays relevant and distinctive in the marketplace.
3. Lead the creative vision for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and collaborations, ensuring each initiative speaks to the brand’s core values and target audience.
Creative Execution & Project Management
1. Manage end-to-end creative execution for campaigns and brand initiatives, from conceptualization through to final delivery.
2. Oversee the creative process and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies or freelancers to bring ideas to life within timelines and budget constraints.
3. Ensure all creative assets are delivered to the highest standards while balancing creative freedom with business objectives.
Collaboration With Marketing & Product Teams
1. Work closely with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns and initiatives that align with brand strategy.
2. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure packaging and product visuals reflect the brand’s identity and appeal to customers.
3. Work with social media teams to ensure creative content is optimized for various platforms and engages with audiences effectively.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
1. 7+ years of experience in creative leadership, ideally within the lifestyle, fitness, or FMCG sectors, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to craft and deliver successful creative strategies.
2. Experience managing a team of creatives, including designers, copywriters, and other specialists.
3. Proven experience overseeing multi-channel campaigns from concept to execution (including digital, social, print, and video).
4. Experience working closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.
5. Strong expertise in creative direction, with a deep understanding of visual design, branding, and typography.
6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Highly proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and other creative tools.
8. A strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media content, and how to create engaging campaigns across multiple platforms.
9. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and strategies clearly to internal stakeholders and external partners.

HYBRID: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
