* Shift Pay Advantage: We offer shift pay for drivers, meaning you get paid from the moment your first call begins to the end of your final call, minus a 30-minute unpaid break. Earn £12.50 per hour during your probation period and £13.50 per hour after you pass.

Main Duties
* Provide personal care and support to clients, including assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, and medication administration.
* Safely transport fellow staff members to and from client visits, ensuring timely and effective care delivery.
* Follow the care plan and tasks provided through our Birdie App, reporting any deviations or concerns to management.
* Engage with clients to ensure their individual needs are met while maintaining their dignity and independence.
* Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, safeguarding practices, and regulations.
Qualifications
* A full UK driving licence or in-date international licence.
* Access to a vehicle suitable for work with Class 1 business insurance.
* A passion for helping others and delivering outstanding care.
* Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
* Registration or willingness to register with Social Care Wales.
