This will will play a key part in ensuring timely collection of payments from customers, maintaining strong relationships and supporting the wider finance team. \n\nThey are offering a salary up to £27,000 which is dependent on experience.
\n\nThe successful candidate will be joining a great team and play a vital role in their finance function in Nottingham. \n\nDescription\n\nAccounts Receivable Clerk Responsibilities:\n\nGenerate and issue accurate invoices\nEnsuring billing data is correct prior to issuing invoices \nMonitor and reconcile billing discrepancies \nResolving issues with clients and queries raised \nMaintaining client records \nEnsuring billing information is correct \nProcessing credit notes and adjustments when required \nAssisting in preparing reports \nSupport with cash collection process \nSupport with month and year end Profile\n\nAccounts Receivable Clerk:\n\nPrevious experience in a similar role \nKnowledge of accounting software \nProficient in Microsoft Excel \nStrong numerical skills \nAbility to manage workload effectively \nStrong communication skills \nStudying towards AAT \nAble to commute to our client's office in Nottingham Job Offer\n\nOur client can offer:\n\nSalary up to £26,000 \nTraining and development \nHybrid working
