We’re on the lookout for Customer Service Advisors to join our team at our central Gateway Contact Centre based in Chertsey, Surrey. Although this role is not a remote role, after your probationary period, hybrid working may be available. Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing guests of our fantastic attractions, via communication channels (live chat, telephone, and email). Every guest is different, so you’ll identify each guests’ individual needs, making sure to clarify information, research every issue, and provide a first response resolution. Please be aware that this role is not part of Thorpe Park Resort and is based in a contact centre next door to the theme park You must be reasonably located to commute to Chertsey. This is a permanent role. Full-time (32.5) hours offered over the duration of 5 days, from 0900 – 16:30. Due to the 7-day nature of the business this may include occasional weekends and bank holidays as required. Able to achieve realistic key performance indicators and targets. Excellent interpersonal skills with a polite, eloquent, and out-going demeanour The confidence and ability to engage with colleagues across our business and with our guests. Experience of working within a customer service environment The ability to work in a fast-paced industry. Great Microsoft skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly and easily.
