We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and grow our ITAD services. This role is pivotal in driving new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and positioning iGo Life as a leader in the ITAD market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or business development, particularly in ITAD or related technology services, and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
Strategic Business Development:
Identify and target new business opportunities within the ITAD sector.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, delivering exceptional customer service.
Proposal Development and Negotiation:
Work closely with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to align sales/collection strategies with company goals.
Regularly report on sales & collections performance, pipeline activity, and market insights to senior management.
Proven track record in business development, preferably within the ITAD, IT services, or technology sector.
Strong understanding of IT lifecycle management, data security, and environmental compliance.
Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
