Job Role: Bandsaw Operative
Location: Sheffield
Shift: Days Only
Salary: £11.85ph
Tenure: 1-month temporary cover
Metalis is working in partnership with a metal supplier who, due to continuous growth, is looking to hire a skilled Bandsaw Operative on a 4-week temporary basis.
Job Duties:
1. Operation of automatic band saws.
2. Maintenance of saws.
3. General housekeeping in the saw shop and machine shop.
4. Contribute to the safety programme as required, maintaining a culture of safety first.
Job Requirements:
1. Previous bandsaw operation experience.
2. Available for 1 month temp cover.
3. Produce work to a high quality.
4. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
5. Good accuracy and attention to detail.
Salary & Shift:
1. 37.5 hour working week.
2. Days.
3. £11.85ph.
4. 1 month temp cover.
