Direct message the job poster from Fine Art Restoration Company. Fine Art Restoration Company is not your typical conservation studio - we’re friendly, ambitious, and growing fast. Our aim is to care for the art of the nation, from Banksy murals to family heirlooms.
This role will give you the opportunity to work alongside artworks, objects and specialist items as they undergo restoration with care, skill, and innovative techniques.
Our clients range from private collectors to major insurance companies and museums. In 2025, we’re also expanding into the United States.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our brand forward — someone who’s excited about storytelling, strategy, and making the mysterious world of art conservation more accessible and engaging.
Your Role
You’ll be responsible for owning and evolving our marketing output, from strategy to execution.
Working closely with the founder, the head of business development, and our internal team (including graphic designers, content creators, art historians and conservators), you’ll help shape the public face of the company and drive real business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Brand & Strategy: Define and manage our brand identity across channels and materials.
* Content Marketing: Lead our storytelling — from restoration case studies to thought-leadership content and social media campaigns.
* Web & Digital: Manage our website, SEO content, email marketing, and analytics.
* Lead Generation: Improve how we handle and convert web inquiries. Collaborate with the sales team to optimise the client journey.
* Campaigns: Plan and deliver creative marketing campaigns targeting insurance companies, collectors, and institutions.
* Social Media: Own and grow our Instagram and LinkedIn presence, with regular behind-the-scenes and educational content.
* Partnerships & PR: Identify press opportunities, collaborations, and brand partnerships.
* Measurement: Set KPIs and use data to refine and improve our marketing efforts.
What We’re Looking For
* 3–7 years of marketing experience in a creative, brand, or content-led role.
* Excellent storytelling and writing skills.
* Strong grasp of visual content and how to engage across social and digital platforms.
* Comfortable working independently, managing freelancers, and collaborating across teams.
* Curious, adaptable, and excited about building something meaningful and long-term.
* (Bonus) Experience in art, design, or heritage sectors — or a love of visual storytelling.
What We Offer
* A chance to shape the voice of a growing company with national and international ambitions.
* Creative freedom and trust to lead marketing your way.
* Collaborative team, strong values, and a warm, people-first culture.
* Occasional travel, team events, and project involvement across the UK.
The role is office based from our Carlisle Studio.
